1. In cases of cancellation of reservation by the client, the company will have the right to be paid management costs that are justified facts. Except for the demonstrable case of force majeure of the client, the company is also entitled to compensation consisting of: a) 10% of the advance referred to in the previous article when said cancellation is made more than 30 days before the date set for the occupation of the accommodation. b) 50% when it is made more than 7 days in advance. c) 100% when the cancellation is made 7 or less days in advance. The amount resulting from the application of the above percentages can be withheld from the advance payment, if any, delivered by the client. Management costs can also be withheld if there is a balance to do so. 2. When the client the establishment does not have the reservation confirmed by him, make the option to the client between: a) Occupy another accommodation of equal or superior characteristics and category. b) Compensation for an amount equal to double the advance made.
Payment of the price
Customers have the obligation to satisfy the price of the services billed at the agreed time and place. A lack of agreement, it must be considered that the payment must approve it in the same establishment and at the moment in which they will be presented to the collection of the invoice, without prejudice that the payment in advance of the services to be rendered can be demanded.
